How knowledge works

BodhX uses a retrieval knowledge base (RAG). When a customer asks something, the agent looks up the most relevant pieces of your content and answers from them — so it quotes your prices and policies instead of inventing them.

Add knowledge

1. 1Open the agent's Memory.
2. 2Crawl your website, or upload documents like brochures, FAQs, and price lists.
3. 3Indexing runs on its own in the background; a source reads 'Saved, not searchable yet' until it finishes.
4. 4Open Test recall and ask a real customer question to check the agent finds the answer.

Use the agent builder chat (VIBE) to change instructions in plain language — tone, rules, offers, and the first message. Every change is testable side-by-side in the Playground before it goes live.
