Every plan uses the same credits at the same rate. Credits pay for AI work, voice minutes, rented numbers and messages BodhX sends for you. Messages you or your team type yourselves are free.

When credits run out

Your agents stop replying until you top up or your plan renews, and voice calls are declined before they are answered. Customer messages still arrive in the Inbox, but nothing is queued and replied to later. We email you when you are down to 200 credits, again at 120, and when they run out.

WhatsApp charges from Meta

Meta charges for template messages, such as broadcasts and messages sent after the 24-hour window. Meta bills these separately at cost. BodhX adds nothing on top.

GST is included

The price you see is the price you pay. ₹5,000 is ₹5,000, with the GST breakdown on your invoice.

Renews automatically

Paid plans renew every month through Razorpay. Upgrading replaces your current plan.

Cancel anytime

Cancel from Billing. You keep your plan until the period ends, then the account moves to Free.

If a renewal fails

Your plan stays on for 3 days after the period ends. Then the account moves to Free: 120 credits a month, and new agents and channels can only be added within the Free limits.

Free, forever

Every account starts on Free and can stay there: one AI agent on every channel and 120 credits a month. Every plan has the same features; paid plans add agents, channels, memory and credits. AI images and try-on start on Growth.

Plans renew automatically each month and can be cancelled anytime from Billing. WhatsApp message charges (Meta) are billed separately at cost. Payments are processed by Razorpay. See the Terms of Service.
