- Google Workspace — Sheets, Calendar, Drive, and Docs run inside a live conversation. A Gmail mailbox is a CHANNEL, not a connector: connect it under Channels → Email.
- Custom HTTP tools — call any external API from a chat (included on every plan).
- More apps appear in Plugins and are marked when they go live in the runtime.
Only connectors marked live in the runtime can actually run inside a conversation. Others are shown for roadmap clarity.
Connect a tool
- 1Open Plugins and choose the agent.
- 2Choose a live connector and complete the Set Up flow (for Google, authorize access and pick the sheet / calendar).
- 3Test it once so you know the agent can reach it.
- 4Reference the tool in the agent's instructions so it knows when to use it.
