- AI credits cover agent replies, knowledge lookups, and automations. Your plan includes an allowance you can track from billing settings.
- Broadcast messages are metered per delivered message; any per-message rate comes out of the same AI credits, and there is no separate wallet.
Plans & payment
- Free: ₹0 a month — 120 credits a month.
- Pro: ₹5,000 a month — 5,000 credits a month.
- Growth: ₹15,000 a month — 15,000 credits a month.
- Custom: Talk to us — Credits agreed with sales.
- Extra credits cost ₹1.5 each. Prices include GST.
- Plan credits renew every month; unused plan credits do not roll over to the next month.
- Start on the free plan, then upgrade as volume grows. Some features (like premium Visual Commerce) unlock on higher plans.
- Payments run through Razorpay / Stripe. GST-compliant invoices are generated for your records.
You can top up credits without changing your plan when you have a busy month.
